This integrative therapy session combines mindfulness, somatic awareness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support deeper emotional healing and lasting change. Clients are guided to tune into present-moment experiences, explore how emotions manifest in the body, and identify unhelpful thought patterns.
